Return Policy

RETURN POLICY & REQUIREMENTS

By purchasing from us you are agreeing to the following terms (Effective 01/01/2024).

All returns must be received within 14 days. This trackable time frame is measured from date of arrival to the customer until date of return initiation. For local pickups, all returns must be received within 14 days of purchase (not 14 days from date of pick up). Please include packing slip with all returns.  Please keep your return tracking number to assist our team to provide an estimate for store credit processing.  All approved returns are refunded back as store credit. Store credit never expires.

Once return is received, please allow 24 hours for an approval of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

Damaged items should be reported within 4 days from date of receipt. Please notify us of this by email, Facebook messenger or calling customer service at 361-215-1240 Monday – Saturday, 9 – 6 CST.  

Exact colors and patterns of merchandise may vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting, dye lots and device screen resolution.  These situations do not qualify as a defect.  If returned for this purpose the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returned items appearing to have been worn, washed, stained, or smell of smoke or perfume will be denied.

Shoes must be returned with zero wear.  Wear pattern will deem it non-returnable.

CLEARANCE SALES and are not returnable.

Free gifts, raffles, drawings, and any other item known as "Freebies" are not returnable or exchangeable.

If a return is denied, you may choose to have items sent back to you at your expense or donated to charity. After 30 days, any denied, unclaimed returns will be assumed as forfeited and donated to a local charity of our choice.
