RETURN POLICY & REQUIREMENTS

 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: ITEMS PURCHASED BETWEEN 11/26/22-12/24/22 CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT UP TO 01/09/23.

• Refunds - We do not accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment.
• Store Credits – Items must be postmarked back to us within 15 days of being delivered. Store credit will be issued for qualifying items.
• Size Exchanges – Please specify on this return form what size you would like exchanged. If the size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the item.
• Final Sale – All SALE items are FINAL SALE. This includes items greater than 25% off. Seasonal Items, Earrings, Eyelashes, Bodysuits, Hair accessories, Bath Products and intimates are also considered final sale.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. Items will not be accepted if these requirements are not met.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping & handling costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
